Remio AI is a local-first personal AI knowledge base and workspace. It can automatically capture and consolidate the various information you handle (such as webpages, documents, emails, and recordings), build your personalized knowledge system, and provide intelligent Q&A, writing assistance, and knowledge analytics to boost your information processing and creative output.

Remio AI prioritizes privacy above all. It uses a local-first architecture. All your data is encrypted and stored locally by default. Only when you actively use features like 'Ask' or 'Summarize' will necessary text snippets be sent to an LLM for processing, and data is never used to train the AI. You can also connect your own LLM API key to achieve complete data control.

The Free plan offers basic information capture features and limited AI feature trials. The Pro plan includes all core features, such as full knowledge fusion (Blend), intelligent writing assistance (Copilot), multi-device syncing, and more advanced analytics. Pro is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, with annual billing typically discounted.

Currently it mainly supports Windows 10 and above (x64) and Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series chips). An iPhone app is planned to enable cross-device knowledge synchronization and data capture.
